The Elan Valley Lodge offers engaging team events. Examples  include a Team Labyrinth (90-minute indoor/outdoor challenges), Orienteering Poker (teams solve clues for poker cards), and Chocolates Galore (full-day puzzle-solving with sub-teams earning money for clues).

The bespoke cost will cover event materials, facilitators, and necessary gear, while the Metropole will provide meals, function space and accommodation. These activities are designed to be thought-provoking, accessible, and enjoyable, with flexible schedules and a review session to discuss team dynamics.

Take a dip in local natural water spots such as the Lavender Farm in Builth Wells. Wild swimming promotes physical health and mental clarity while connecting to nature.

Stargazing and Night Walks
Take advantage of the clear skies in the area with a guided stargazing session in the countryside, encouraging mindfulness and relaxation under the stars. The Elan Valley, just a 20-minute drive from the hotel is a registered International Dark Sky.
